hello yes we do have a taxi app that we use, and the guest can pay with cash, the cost will be different due to time, day and how busy roads are.

Does your hotel have a fitness centre with treadmills?

We do! It is free for our guests and it has two rowing machines, a bike and a bench! It comes with a set of weights and plenty of room to practice some yoga!

Hi, we are pet friendly so feel free to bring your little friend with you. Usually we don't offer late checks-out, however it depends on our occupancy. If your room is not booked after your stay, we could allow you to stay extra 30 minutes.

A lovely hotel in a quiet but easily accessible location.
The hotel was in a quiet street near to plenty of good restaurants and a short walk from the underground. The room was spacious with an excellent bathroom/shower and comfortable beds. We recommend it highly and intend to return.
A slight criticism - the duvets were too warm for the summer months.

What would you highlight about room2 Chiswick Hometel
Great location, simple self-catering, easy Underground access
This is an energy-aware hotel with a simple kitchen (microwave, fridge, electric hob (cooktop), sink), which is optimally positioned for short term stays (e.g., 1-2 weeks) in London. It has a lounge area with good WiFi connectivity where you can work, a credit-card payment washer and dryer room and a very helpful staff. Chiswick high street is around the corner and has Tesco Express, M&S, Waitrose, Costa coffee, Gail’s bakery, Boots, Waterstone’s books and two pubs, as well as other stores, all of which makes self-catering easy. The District line tube (Turnham Green station) is a short walk away for easy Underground access to the city. The upper floors have brighter rooms.
A major problem for doing business here is the complete lack of phone connectivity in the lower “courtyard” level rooms. We used Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp, but these were not really sufficient. We came here to complete on a house in London and actually had to stand outside in order to make or receive calls when we had the courtyard room. Staff seemed to be aware of the connectivity issue in the lower levels of the building, but did not alert us to the problem when we moved in. This issue is the reason for a downgrade of the Facilities here. We moved to a higher floor room after a few days (we had already unpacked in the lower level room before discovering the problem, and higher level rooms were all accounted for) and phone connectivity was fine after moving upstairs.

What would you highlight about room2 Chiswick Hometel
We strongly recommend this property. It is clean, well managed, and more like a B&B atmosphere.
Breakfast not included in our stay. There were many breakfast options in the immediate area. We had breakfast next door most days. The hotel is located within 1,000 feet of Turnham Green train (tube) station. There are several pubs and restaurants within a few blocks, as well as food stores, banks, etc.The hotel is about 1/2 mile from Chiswick House and Gardens, a 70 acre +/- garden and historic manor house with greenhouse that we walked to several times. Direct train link to Heathrow Airport.
The location is a little further (about 6 miles west) from the heart of London (the square mile). It took 15-20 extra minutes or so to reach more central locations. This would be a concern for handicapped visitors who could not use the train.
